Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of Grid Technology Consulting LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use our services. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Provision of Services

Grid Technology Consulting LLC agrees to provide technology consulting services as outlined in the client's specific Service Agreement. Timelines are estimates and may be subject to change.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in the Service Agreement. All advertising spend is the sole responsibility of the client and is paid directly to the advertising platform.

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide Grid Technology Consulting LLC with timely access to all necessary materials and data required to perform the services and is responsible for the legality and accuracy of all information provided.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information, including technology plans, system details, and service data, strictly confidential.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice, typically 30 days. The client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grid Technology Consulting LLC is registered.
